Normally I hate eating breakfast foods because they're all greasy and gross. But I was really hungry yesterday morning, so I concocted a more unconventional breakfast: arugula salad topped with sauteed mushrooms, gorganzola and a fried egg. This might sound like a weird combo of food, especially with the egg, but it was actually really good. This will not be the last time I make this dish, but I'll have to be in the mood for it. Maybe I'll try it out on my parents.
